Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so it’s important to be very careful when transferring cryptocurrency. To avoid losses, we recommend the following:

  1. Double-check the address and details before sending: Make sure the wallet address and other details are correct before sending cryptocurrency. This helps prevent mistakes that cannot be undone.

  2. Report suspected fraud: If you think you may have been a victim of fraud, let us know. We monitor transactions and follow strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) rules to help prevent such incidents and protect users.

Since blockchain transactions cannot be changed, we have limited ability to retrieve funds sent to the wrong address or involved in fraud. Checking details before sending is the best way to protect your funds.
