To verify your identity, first you need to Sign In to your account or even link your account with Apple or sync with Google account.
Step 1 - Identity verification
In order to provide access to our services, we need to know your real identity, such as name and surname. Depending on the country of citizenship you need to upload a picture of the following government-issued identification documents.
First select the country that issued your document
Choose document type:
Driver's license
ID card (both sides)
Passport (not supported for US customers)
Important note: The validity period of the document at the time of verification must be more than a month before the expiration date
Step 2 - Selfie verification
Once your ID verification is complete, you need to do a selfie.
Due to the fact that the selfie will be taken live, the system may also request to scan your face a few times.
Step 3 - Provided info verification
It will take a few moments to check the documents , data, and also the photo that you have provided.
We kindly ask you to stay signed in to the system to avoid verification failure.
You will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the verification.
Important note: Once successful verification has been already passed with one email and one selected document, the same user cannot be registered with a different email (1 email = 1 user).
